Employment Associate

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join its established team. The successful candidate will be based in Basingstoke, supporting the Employment Partners in Reading and across the firm's offices when required.
 
Role: Employment Associate
Location: Basingstoke / Hybrid
Salary: £90,000 to £115,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• You will handle a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• This is a high-visibility role offering excellent Partner exposure, business development opportunities and genuine career progression.
• The team advises a number of well-known employers, with a particularly strong client base across the technology and education sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX with 5 or more years' PQE in contentious and non-contentious Employment law.
• Experience advising employers, HR teams and senior executives.
• Employment Tribunal litigation experience
• Business development experience.
