Candidate Responsibilities in the Employment Solicitor Role

• Lead on client advisory work relating to employment law matters
• Represent clients in tribunals, mediations, and other legal settings
• Manage a range of complex employment law cases, both contentious and non-contentious
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure comprehensive client service

Candidate Requirements for the Employment Solicitor Position

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in employment law
• Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law work
• Advocacy experience preferred; aptitude for advocacy is a plus
