Estates Operations Manager – Central London Housing Association

We are currently seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to lead a team of estate management staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across multi-tenure properties in line with organisational Placemaking Principles.

We are currently seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to lead a team of estate management staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across multi-tenure properties in line with organisational Placemaking Principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large service contracts, ensuring excellent customer service for residents across all tenure types.
- Lead and motivate estate management teams to achieve property management targets effectively and economically.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire risk assessments, and wider statutory regulations.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring performance against SLAs.
- Oversee service charges, rents, and maintenance contracts in line with tenancy agreements.
- Manage complaint processes and deliver quality responses within set procedures.
- Produce accurate business reports and presentations for management teams.
- Level 4 qualification in Leasehold Management (or equivalent) – candidates working towards this are welcome.
- Proven experience in managing multi-tenure estates and service charge budgets.
- Demonstrable experience in developing large-scale estate management strategies.
- Previous team management experience within estates, housing, or property.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent IT and data analysis skills.
