About Enfield MASH Enfield MASH acts as the single point of contact for all referrals into Early Help and Children’s Social Care. The team works collaboratively with a range of co-located partner agencies—including Police, Health, and Education—to assess risk, share information, and make timely, evidence-based decisions to ensure that children receive the right support at the right time.
This is a dynamic, high-volume environment that requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to make quick, well-judged decisions in partnership with others.
