Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Stockport for a Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team.

Family Law Solicitor
Location: Stockport
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
 
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. The role offers autonomy while working within a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Managing a caseload of family law matters from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Handling private children matters
• Dealing with domestic abuse and injunction applications
• Drafting legal documents and court applications
• Attending court hearings where required
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care

 
About you as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Previous experience handling a family law caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of divorce, finances, and private children matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
