Service Care Solutions are working with a popular law firm in Blackburn. They are looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor on a Hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional to join a busy team and contribute to a high-volume property and conveyancing service.

Job Title: Family Law Solicitor
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid Based - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Salary – £35K - £60,000 annum DOE

Key Responsibilities as a Family law Solicitor:

• Provide legal advice on issues such as divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse.
• Handle all aspects of divorce proceedings, including filing petitions, responding to applications, and guiding clients through the legal process.
• Prepare court applications, witness statements, consent orders, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and settlement proposals.

About you as a Family law Solicitor:

• Excellent listening skills, especially when dealing with sensitive personal situations
• Confident in both written (legal drafting) and verbal communication (client meetings, court advocacy)
• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Family Law
