Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an award-winning law firm for a Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join their established and growing Family Department at their Saddleworth office, operating on a hybrid working basis.
 
Job Title: Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal (1–5 Years’ PQE )
Location: Saddleworth Office (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £27,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This position will primarily focus on:

• Private Children Act matters, acting for both Applicants and Respondents
• Divorce proceedings, including fault and no-fault applications
• Financial matters arising from divorce, including financial remedy proceedings
• Unmarried party disputes (TOLATA and related claims)
• Asset protection matters including, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting client meetings and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice
• Drafting court applications, witness statements, consent orders, and agreements
• Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
• Negotiating settlements on children and financial matters
• Representing clients in court where appropriate (subject to experience)
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department

About you:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal
• Between 1–5 years’ PQE (guideline only – all levels considered)
• Experienced in Private Children and Divorce matters, including finances
• Confident handling cases both before and during litigation
• Academically strong and ambitious
