Family Solicitor

Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Family Solicitor to join their expanding and growing team. Our client is a leading regional law firm, renowned for delivering expert legal services and fostering a supportive, career-focused environment.
 
ROLE:                  Family Solicitor
PQE:                     1 to 5 years’
LOCATION:         Essex / hybrid      
SALARY:              £45,000 – £60,000 plus benefits
 
Job Role:
 

• Handle a varied caseload across all areas of Family Law, including divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, maintaining excellent client care standards.
• Collaborate closely with a skilled Family team to manage cases efficiently and contribute to the growth of the department.

 
Personal Specification:
 

• Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in private Family Law.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in divorce, financial and children law matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cases independently and work effectively within a team.
