📍 Location: Durham
⏳ Contract: 3 months initially, with the potential to extend
🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for skilled and compassionate Family Support Workers to work alongside our social work teams, helping families create positive, lasting change.

Your Impact:

• Provide tailored interventions to help parents develop and strengthen parenting skills.
• Supervise family time sessions, ensuring children have safe, meaningful experiences with their families.
• Keep detailed, accurate supervision records to support the wider social work process.

We Need Someone Who:

• Has excellent organisational skills to manage a varied workload.
• Can communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
• Writes clear, concise reports that capture essential information.
• Puts children at the heart of every decision and action.
• Can remain calm and constructive when managing conflict.
• Owns a car with a full UK driving licence and business insurance.
