  • Chair and coordinate case planning and review meetings

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and reports

  • Act as a Designated Safeguarding Professional (DSP) within the service

  • Contribute to team development and share expertise in a specialist/champion area (e.g. domestic abuse, parenting, substance misuse)

? What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children, young people, and families in a support or safeguarding setting

  • Strong understanding of early help, safeguarding, and multi-agency working

  • Ability to manage a complex caseload and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence in delivering structured interventions and assessments

  • A proactive, resilient approach with a genuine passion for improving outcomes

? Why Join?
  • Be part of a service driven by the vision:
“Working together to make Birmingham the greatest city to grow up in”

  • Work within a supportive, high-challenge / high-support culture

  • Opportunity to lead on cases and influence real change

  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities

  • Make a meaningful impact in a city where your work truly matters
