Family Support Worker

Family Support Worker – Birmingham Are you passionate about making a real difference to families and children in your community? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing practical, emotional, and social support to families facing challenges
• Helping children and parents access the services and resources they need
• Working closely with multi-agency teams to deliver personalised support plans
• Monitoring and recording progress, ensuring families receive consistent guidance

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care or a related field
• Full UK driving licence – this role involves travel across Birmingham and the surrounding area
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting families
