Service Care Solutions are recruiting for General Practitioners (GPs) to support Primary Care Centre's within the Yorkshire Area!

Location: Yorkshire and surrounding Areas
Shifts: Shifts available Monday - Sunday 
Contract: Locum contract, 6 - 12 months
Shifts: Block booking & Adhoc available

Essential Criteria:

• GPs must have gained their CCT.

Duties:  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner to provide high-quality care within a primary care setting. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting patient consultations, including physical examinations and history taking
  
  
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic medical conditions
  
  
• Prescribing medications and managing repeat prescriptions
  
  
• Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and investigations
  
  
• Referring patients to appropriate secondary care or specialist services when required
  
  
• Promoting preventative care and providing health education to patients
  
  
• Managing long-term health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension
  
  
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS or SystmOne - dependent on Specific GP Surgery)
