Are you an experienced General Practitioner (GP) looking for flexible locum opportunities across Manchester?
Service Care Solutions is recruiting experienced Locum GPs to support a range of GP practices, primary care services, and urgent care settings across Manchester. GP ResponsibilitiesAs a Locum General Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality primary care services to patients across a range of presentations.
• Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.
• Managing acute and chronic conditions in line with clinical guidelines.
• Prescribing medications and providing appropriate treatment plans.
• Reviewing patient medical histories, test results, and clinical information.
• Making referrals to secondary care and other healthcare services where required.
• Supporting preventative healthcare, health promotion, and patient education.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.
• Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, healthcare professionals, and wider practice teams.
• Delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care while maintaining professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

• GMC registered General Practitioner with a valid licence to practise.
• Previous experience working within primary care, GP practices, or urgent care settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied patient caseload.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Up-to-date indemnity insurance.
• Experience using clinical systems such as EMIS Web and DOCMAN is desirable.
