We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative with fencing experience to join a well-established team based in the Norwich area. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of outdoor environments.
The role will involve installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of fencing systems to ensure the safety, security, and appearance of grounds and properties. You will work both independently and as part of a team, adhering to health and safety standards and project specifications.
This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair a variety of fencing systems to a high standard
- Carry out groundwork tasks including measuring, setting out, digging, and post installation
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintain clean, safe, and secure work sites at all times
- Work effectively both independently and within a team
- Support general grounds maintenance duties when required
- Proven experience in fencing installation or a similar role (essential)
- Competent using a range of hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications
- Full UK driving licence
- B E licence or towing experience (essential)
