Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – GP Surgery

Location: Leyland & Chorley, Lancashire
Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour – Umbrella
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Flexible days

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support GP surgeries across Leyland and Chorley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HCA looking for flexible, ongoing work within Primary Care, with the opportunity to work across multiple GP surgery sites.

The Role

• Working 30 hours per week
• Flexible working days
• Supporting GP surgeries across Leyland and Chorley
• Undertaking routine HCA duties and delegated clinical tasks
• Supporting the wider Primary Care team
• Working confidently within a busy GP surgery environment

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working as an HCA within Primary Care / a GP Surgery
• Experience using EMIS is essential
• Confident undertaking clinical observations and routine HCA duties
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary Primary Care team
• Must be able to travel between GP surgeries in Leyland and Chorley
• Relevant HCA experience and training
