37 hours per week | Monday–Friday
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and fully qualified Heating Engineer to join our Heating Compliance Team.
You’ll play a key role in delivering heating compliance across our domestic properties, carrying out gas servicing, responsive repairs, fault finding and work within empty homes.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, reporting to a Team Manager and managing a varied workload across our housing stock.
About You
You’ll need:

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in gas servicing, repair and fault finding
• Full gas qualifications including:
  • CCN1
  • CENWAT
  • CKR1
  • HTR1
  • CPA1
• Good knowledge of heating systems and compliance requirements
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service

Experience or qualifications in air source heat pumps, solar hot water, oil boilers or solid fuel appliances would also be highly desirable.
