Patch Manager – Housing Services
Location: Aspley, Nottingham
Rate: £21.45 LTD per hour
Contract: Until January 2026
I am currently working with a client who is seeking a Patch Manager to join their Housing Services team in Nottingham. This role will be responsible for managing a designated housing patch, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to tenants and the wider community, while working closely with stakeholders and partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee housing services within a defined patch, ensuring effective day-to-day management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partner organisations.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Tackle tenancy issues promptly with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housing services.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to commute to the Aspley area.
• Availability for immediate start or short notice.

Contract Details:

• Running until January 2026.
• Paying £21.45 LTD per hour.
