A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Support/ HR Administrator to join a leading Housing Association based in Ealing, supporting their busy People Services team with a wide range of employee lifecycle administration. THE ROLE
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the full People Services lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, excellent customer service and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar HR or People Services administrative role within a busy environment, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately and efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Length of Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: £18.76 per hour LTD
The PAYE equivalent is £16.10 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. HOW TO APPLY

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the full People Services lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, excellent customer service and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer onboarding, DBS checks, Right to Work, references and benefits processes using internal systems
- Utilise Zellis Background Checks (ZBC) portal to manage DBS renewals and new starter vetting
- Manage and resolve employee enquiries through Service Now, escalating when required
- Raise and process HR purchase orders and invoices using D365 P2P, ensuring correct coding and timely payments
- Maintain and update HR systems (Cornerstone & Resource Link) in line with GDPR requirements
- Support payroll-related administration and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
- Assist People Services projects and BAU activities to improve processes and service delivery
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar HR or People Services administrative role within a busy environment, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately and efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of supporting HR/People processes such as onboarding, DBS, Right to Work or benefits administration
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with employees and managers
- Understanding of GDPR and handling confidential employee data
