Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm in Blackburn for an Industrial Deafness Litigator to join their expanding Personal Injury department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organised legal professional to develop their career within a specialist area of litigation, handling a caseload of NIHL claims from inception through to settlement. The firm offers ongoing support, career progression opportunities, and hybrid working following successful completion of probation.
Location: Blackburn/ Hybrid Working Available After Probation
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities as an Industrial Deafness Litigator:
- Managing a caseload of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) / industrial deafness claims.
- Handling claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.
- Progressing files efficiently and ensuring they meet required deadlines.
- Assessing liability and quantum.
- Reviewing medical evidence, audiograms, medical records and occupational history.
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel and external agencies.
- Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence and pleadings.
About you as an Industrial Deafness Litigator:
- Previous experience handling NIHL claims or personal injury matters is desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
