Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team in Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent role.
About the Role
You will be working on a range of bathroom upgrades within both tenanted and void properties. The role involves completing joinery tasks to a high standard while working safely, productively, and either independently or as part of a wider team.

About the Role
You will be working on a range of bathroom upgrades within both tenanted and void properties. The role involves completing joinery tasks to a high standard while working safely, productively, and either independently or as part of a wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out joinery work on bathroom upgrade projects
- Fit bath panels, door frames, skirting boards, PVC boxings, and PVC window sills
- Ply flooring and undertake general joinery repairs
- Support other capital project teams, including kitchen upgrade teams
- Work with the adaptions team installing banister rails, grab rails, and key safes
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with required standards
- Maintain a professional approach in occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in completing a wide range of joinery tasks
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Experience in social housing environments (desirable but not essential)
