£19 per hour | 37 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team in Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent role.

About the Role
You will be working on a range of bathroom upgrades within both tenanted and void properties. The role involves completing joinery tasks to a high standard while working safely, productively, and either independently or as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery work on bathroom upgrade projects
• Fit bath panels, door frames, skirting boards, PVC boxings, and PVC window sills
• Ply flooring and undertake general joinery repairs
• Support other capital project teams, including kitchen upgrade teams
• Work with the adaptions team installing banister rails, grab rails, and key safes
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with required standards
• Maintain a professional approach in occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in completing a wide range of joinery tasks
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Experience in social housing environments (desirable but not essential)
