Location: Barnsley
Rate: £19.13 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Joiner to join a busy team delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work across housing stock and new build projects. This is a hands-on role covering both first fix and second fix joinery, working in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer service are key.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of joinery on repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
• Install doors, windows, frames, skirting, flooring, and kitchens
• Work on structural timber including roof timbers and floor joists
• Fit PVCu windows, doors, and trims
• Complete works safely at height
• Ensure properties are secure when required
• Maintain van stock and complete job paperwork

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent)
• NVQ Level 3 or willingness to achieve
• Proven experience in maintenance and refurbishment joinery
• Ability to work at height
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of health & safety
