Labourer

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join a repairs and maintenance team covering the Nottingham, Leicester and Derby areas. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.

We’re looking for a Labourer with a full driving licence and experience in construction or domestic housing. A van and fuel card will be provided along with a company mobile and uniform.

Duties Include:
 

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with responsive repairs and maintenance work.
• Carrying out general labouring duties across void and occupied properties.
• Loading, unloading and transporting materials, tools and equipment.
• Preparing work areas before repairs and ensuring sites are left clean, safe and tidy upon completion.
• Removing waste materials, rubble and old fixtures, ensuring correct disposal in line with company procedures.
• Assisting with property clearances and preparing void properties ready for refurbishment.
• Undertaking basic repair tasks where appropriate, including minor demolition, lifting, moving materials and general maintenance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £17.85 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £15.32 inclusive of holiday).

You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.

You will need:
 

• Proven experience as a Labourer
• Full UK driving licence (Manual Vehicles)
