Land and Property Dispute Resolution

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Land and Property Dispute Resolution to join their team.

If you have experience in Property Litigation and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is on a full-time and Hybrid basis which pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Able to draft correspondence and court papers
• Liaise and correspond with the Court, instruct counsel and experts
• Attend court hearings and other all party meetings
• Providing support to other team members as required and have the ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of management and supervision of junior members of the team including support staff
• Developing knowledge, experience and expertise in the subject areas

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor - NQ-2 years PQE
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience of acting on a wide range of property litigation cases, including real property, landlord and tenant disputes and contractual disputes
• Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
