Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Level 2 Teaching Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils individually and in small groups to access learning activities
  
  
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  
  
• Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
  
  
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
  
  
• Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a safe learning environment
  
  

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting
  
  
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• Be patient, supportive, and committed to helping pupils succeed
  
  
• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
