Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Job Purpose As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across primary schools, working closely with teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Support

• Support the delivery of lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning
• Assist in adapting activities to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL

Classroom Support

• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
• Support behaviour management in line with school policies
• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

Interventions and Progress

• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Monitor and record pupil progress
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil development

Pastoral Care and Safeguarding

• Support pupils’ social and emotional wellbeing
• Promote inclusion and equal opportunities
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements Essential

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Good understanding of the primary curriculum
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Knowledge of phonics programmes
• Experience delivering interventions
