Licensed Conveyancer

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a law firm based in South Yorkshire who are looking for a Licensed Conveyancer.

This role pays a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 annum DOE

This role is on a Hybrid basis and has flexibility on working hours.

Responsibilities as a Licensed Conveyancer:

• An experienced Licenced Conveyancer with a proven track record of complex residential property work
• Have strong new build purchase experience 
• Have good management and supervisory skills
• Be self-motivated and able to organise your own workload

About you as a Licensed Conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Excellent attention to details
