Licensed Conveyancer

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for a growing Law Firm based in Merseyside.

This role is full time and on a hybrid basis and the right candidate must be able to handle their own caseloads from start to completion.

They are paying a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a conveyancer:

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
• Able to manage own files from start to completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• IT and case management systems

 
About you as a conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Excellent attention to details
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Commercial and Residential Property, landlord and tenant law.
