Litigation Paralegal

Service Care Legal are working with a respected East London law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their expanding disputes team.

ROLE:                  Litigation Paralegal
LOCATION:         East London
SALARY:              £26,000 to £332,000 per annum

This opportunity is ideal for a proactive legal professional with litigation experience who is keen to build on their expertise in a supportive environment. You'll work closely with an experienced solicitor while also taking ownership of your own files.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Provide support on a varied civil litigation caseload.
• Independently manage a portfolio of Landlord & Tenant and Debt Recovery matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Draft legal documents, court applications and client correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, courts, counsel and third parties to ensure cases progress efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
 

• Previous experience within a litigation team, ideally with exposure to Landlord & Tenant and/or Debt Recovery work.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with limited supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
