Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with an established and supportive law firm, based in Warwickshire, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a welcoming firm that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional client care.
 
Role: Litigation Solicitor
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000
PQE: 3 years +
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external organisations.
• Support and mentor junior support staff.
• Contribute to business development and departmental growth.

Key Requirements:

• Be a qualified solicitor (in England and Wales) with 3 or years' PQE in litigation.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• A professional, approachable manner and a genuine commitment to teamwork.
