Locum Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour  
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

The role is for 3 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:

• Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
• Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
• Providing legal advice and support to the company's clients in matters related to childcare and protection
• Able to do advocacy when needed

About you as a Childcare Solicitor:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law
• Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
