Locum Family Law Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Locum Family Law Solicitor to support a well-regarded law firm based in Flintshire, North Wales. This position has arisen to assist the firm with managing and concluding an existing caseload of private matrimonial matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running down a small caseload of no more than 30 files. The matters consist primarily of private family law work including divorces and financial remedy matters. Some cases have already been issued while others are at earlier stages of proceedings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor seeking a flexible locum assignment with hybrid working arrangements.

They are paying a competitive rate of :
Umbrella Rate - £50-£60ph depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50 - £53.28ph depending on experience
 
Responsibilities as a Locum Family Solicitor:

• Manage and progress a caseload of up to 30 private matrimonial matters.
• Handle divorce proceedings from instruction through to conclusion.
• Manage financial remedy matters including negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Progress both issued and non-issued matters efficiently and in accordance with court deadlines.

About you as a Locum Family Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent with strong experience in Family Law.
• Demonstrable experience handling private matrimonial matters including divorces and financial remedy cases.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
