Locum Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Dorset. They are looking for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour  
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

Responsibilities as a Locum Litigation Solicitor:

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely legal advice to Dorset Council services and management and advocacy where appropriate
• Liaise with and instruct the counsel or external solicitors where needed.
• Draft and review legal documents, statements, and correspondence related to litigation, enforcement, and dispute resolution.

About you as a Locum Litigation Solicitor:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in Litigation law
• Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
• Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role
• Flexible and team oriented approach.
