Locum Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.

They are looking for someone who is Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Litigation Law.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £26.04 - £31.31 per hour  
Umbrella - £29-£35 per hour

Responsibilities as a Locum Litigation Solicitor:

• Dealing with criminal litigation including advising on cases and drafting information’s and conducting cases in the magistrates court.
• Liaise with and instruct the counsel or external solicitors where needed.
• Dealing with civil litigation cases including the preparation and conduct of cases in the county court and high court

About you as a Locum Litigation Solicitor:

• A qualified Solicitor NQ- 3 years PQE in Litigation law
• Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
• Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role
• Flexible and team oriented approach.
