Maintenance Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join a repairs and maintenance team based in Grantham, Newark. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Operative experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. You will be covering responsive repairs and this is a stable, full-time role.

Duties Include:
 

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on both empty and tenanted properties.
• Perform tasks such as plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and other maintenance work.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £18.20 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £15.62inclusive of holiday).

You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.

You will need:
 

• Proven experience in Maintenance / Repair
• Your own basic hand tools and PPE
• Full UK driving licence
