Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Location: Mansfield

Employment Type: Contract

Salary: £20.00 per hour Ltd (£17.16 PAYE inclusive of holiday)

Job Description:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on empty and tenanted properties
• Perform tasks such as plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and other maintenance work
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Covering Mansfield and surrounding areas
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
• Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Demonstrate awareness of health and safety procedures
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
