An excellent opportunity has become available for a Managed Schemes Manager to join a respected housing provider. This role will act as the key point of contact for property owners and internal teams across a portfolio of managed schemes, ensuring management contracts are understood, delivered correctly, and monitored effectively.

This role will act as the key point of contact for property owners and internal teams across a portfolio of managed schemes, ensuring management contracts are understood, delivered correctly, and monitored effectively.
The Role
- Act as the main contact for property owners, external contract managers and internal stakeholders in relation to managed schemes.
- Interpret management contract terms and provide clear, accurate advice to Housing, Finance, Customer Services and operational teams.
- Monitor performance against contractual requirements, identify risks or service gaps, and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
- Produce regular reports for property owners, ensuring these are accurate, timely and in line with contractual obligations.
- Share contract updates and communications across relevant teams, including those linked to Osprey BRI schemes.
- Maintain strong records, reporting and audit trails to support compliance and decision-making.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues, external partners and property owners.
- Experience working within housing, property management, contract management or a similar customer-facing operational environment.
- Confident interpreting contracts, service agreements or policy requirements at an operational level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with a range of internal and external contacts.
- Experience monitoring performance, producing reports and identifying compliance or service-delivery issues.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities across multiple schemes.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
