Management Accountant

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be partnering with, a cutting-edge manufacturing company based in Preston, who are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to contribute to a high-tech, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts and detailed variance analysis.
• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintenance of financial records including general ledger and fixed assets.
• Cash flow monitoring and reporting.
• Support with year-end audit and statutory reporting.
• Partnering with operational teams to drive cost efficiencies and financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Contributing to finance system upgrades and automation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified (QBE considered).
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Sage, SAP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
