MOT Tester

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our client’s busy main dealership in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a reputable dealer group that offers long-term stability, excellent training, and great earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards and dealership procedures.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair work when required.
• Ensure all MOT documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify and advise on any additional work needed to maintain vehicle safety and performance.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7 preferred).
• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the motor trade.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Full UK driving licence.
