Job Title: Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Operative Location: Birmingham
Contract: 6-Month Contract
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Rate: £21.00 per hour

About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team on a 6-month contract, working on social housing properties across the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out carpentry and general maintenance tasks in occupied and void social housing properties
  
  
• Perform multi-skilled work such as basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, or decorating
  
  
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
  
  
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients
  
  
• Work independently or as part of a team
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or multi-skilled tradesperson
  
  
• Background in social housing maintenance (preferred)
  
  
• Ability to carry out basic tasks across multiple trades
  
  
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  
  
• Own tools and PPE
  
  
• CSCS card (desirable)
