Job Title: Multi Skilled Electrician
Location: Ashington
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £38,225 per annum (OTE up to £43,000 including standby)

  The Role
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join our Property Maintenance and Construction team based in Ashington.
You will carry out electrical repairs related to damp issues, along with associated multiskilled repairs, across both domestic and commercial properties. The role requires a high standard of workmanship and a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver electrical and related multiskilled repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work on both domestic and commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Act as an ambassador for the organisation in the communities we serve.
• Support and contribute to service improvements and new ways of working.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• A flexible approach and experience working in domestic and commercial property maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to adapt to change.
• A professional and respectful attitude in all interactions.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• NVQ/City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition certification and Testing & Inspection qualification.
• A strong understanding of building trades, materials, and regulations.
