Location: Ashington
Salary: £28,851 per annum | OTE circa £31,000 (incl. standby payments)
Hours: 37 per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

  We’re looking for motivated and experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Property Maintenance and Construction team in Ashington. If you're looking for a rewarding role with a respected housing provider, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative, you’ll assist trade staff in delivering a wide range of works in both domestic and commercial properties, completing tasks to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
Your day-to-day will involve:

• Supporting skilled tradespeople in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
• Working across multiple trade disciplines
• Ensuring work meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Contributing to a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals with:

• Strong general trade skills
• A valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience working in commercial/domestic property environments
• The ability to read construction drawings
• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
• Good knowledge of building construction and related trades
• A sound understanding of health and safety practices
