Salary: £36,250 per annum
Location: Redhill and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent
Vehicle: Company van provided or shared
DBS: Basic DBS required

We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join an established housing provider’s Property Services team.
This is a permanent, voids-only position, completing repairs and refurbishment work within empty social housing properties to ensure homes are ready for new residents.
Key Responsibilities

• Complete multi-trade repairs within void properties
• Carry out work across your main trade and additional secondary trades
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
• Complete kitchen, bathroom and general property refurbishment work
• Update job information using the electronic booking system
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle
• Work safely while meeting productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade experience
• Strong multi-skilled property repair experience
• Social housing, voids or property maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to complete a Basic DBS check
