Salary: £28,851 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Overview
We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) to join a Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring), your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out all types of flooring work in both domestic and commercial properties
• Delivering work to a high standard of quality
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Your Experience and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering (or working towards it)
• Approximately 2 years of on-site training/experience
• Relevant multi-skilled building trade experience
• CSCS card appropriate to the role
• Experience working in both commercial and domestic property environments
