Job Summary: Multi-Skilled Plasterer

• Location: Leicester
• Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
• Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Vehicle: Company van provided (requires full driving licence)

Role Overview
Join a busy, customer-focused repairs and maintenance team responsible for a range of works across our clients housing stock—mainly in occupied homes. You’ll need to be a versatile plasterer with multi-trade skills, strong attention to quality, and the ability to work professionally in residents' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Perform plastering and related trade tasks to a high standard
• Diagnose faults and determine necessary repairs
• Use PDA (smart device) to record materials and job completion
• Maintain accurate van stock for efficiency and first-time fix rates
• Work in compliance with H&S legislation and manufacturers’ guidelines
• Conduct surveys to plan work and materials needed

Essential Criteria

• Eligible to work in the UK
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in plastering or relevant trade
• Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
• Knowledge of current H&S regulations and safe practices
• Able to read and follow manufacturers’ instructions
• Physically fit to access difficult/confined spaces
