Salary: £36,250 per annum
Location: Redhill and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent
Vehicle: Company van provided or shared
DBS: Basic DBS required

We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join an established housing provider’s responsive repairs team.

This is a permanent position completing plumbing repairs and general multi-trade maintenance across occupied social housing properties, with occasional work in empty homes where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose and repair leaks, pipework, taps, toilets and sanitary fittings
• Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs
• Carry out additional multi-trade work where competent
• Aim to complete repairs correctly on the first visit
• Update job information using the electronic booking system
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle
• Deliver a professional service to residents

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent experience
• Strong domestic plumbing repair experience
• Additional multi-trade maintenance skills
• Social housing or property maintenance experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to complete a Basic DBS check
