Rate: £24.53 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday

The Role

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing properties.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance works, including responsive repairs, void property works, property MOTs, and planned maintenance. The role requires a high standard of workmanship and the ability to complete jobs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Carry out responsive repairs within occupied and void properties.
Complete planned maintenance and property MOT works.
Undertake a variety of trade tasks and secondary trade duties where required.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records of completed work.
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
Competent across a range of trades (carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, decorating and other general maintenance skills desirable).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Must provide your own van and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
