Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Voids – Temp Contract)
Location: Coventry & Rugby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: 6-month temporary contract
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour

About the Role:
We’re looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to support works on void properties across Coventry & Rugby.
This is a full-time, temporary role for an initial period of 6 months. You’ll be working alongside a permanent Response Operative, and although a company vehicle will not be provided individually, van sharing is arranged. A basic DBS check will be required.

Key Details:

• Focus: Void property refurbishment
• Trades considered: Multi-trade operatives preferred, but strong carpenters or plumbers with kitchen & bathroom fitting experience will also be considered
• Tools: Own hand tools required
• Vehicle: Van & tools provided via buddy system with a permanent operative
• Start Date: ASAP
• DBS: Basic check required

Ideal Candidate:

• A strong background in one core trade (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
• Confident in kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Flexible and capable of supporting a range of void property tasks
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
