Multi Trade Operative (Void Properties)
Location: Warrington, Sandbach, Bolton
Contract: Temporary £18.60 p/h

We’re on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to work on void properties across Warrington, Sandbach, and Bolton. If you're experienced, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is your chance to be part of a rewarding project that makes a real difference in local communities.
Your duties:

• Carrying out a variety of tasks to bring void (empty) properties back to a liveable standard
• Partnering with a permanent operative on-site
• Working across multiple locations in the North West
• Basic joinery and plumbing tasks
• Fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a quality standard

Important information:

• You’ll need your own transport to reach the designated pick-up points or local offices (no van provided)
• You’ll be paired with a permanent member of the team for day-to-day work
• Must be flexible to work across different sites

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, repairs or a similar trade
• Great work ethic and attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A driving license and access to transport
