We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for a full-time temporary position, working across our client’s wide range of housing stock.

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance works, responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, and property MOTs. This includes delivering tasks within your primary trade as well as associated secondary trades where required.

Required Multi-Trade Skills

• First and Second Fix Carpentry
  
  
• First and Second Fix Plumbing
  
  
• Wet trades: plastering, painting & decorating
  
  
• Minor masonry repairs
  
  
• General groundworks and fencing
  
  
• Floor laying and tiling
  
  
• Ability to carry out on-site risk assessments and identify hazards
  
  

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence
  
  
• Please state whether you currently hold a DBS certificate
