£22.51 per hour (Umbrella)
40 Hours Per Week (8 Hours Per Day, Monday–Friday)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor covering Bromley and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operative with a strong background in Plumbing and Carpentry, with additional experience in trades such as patch plastering, flooring or other maintenance works being highly desirable.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of work including:

Responsive repairs
Planned maintenance
Void property works
Property MOTs
General multi-trade maintenance across occupied and void properties
Requirements
Strong Plumbing & Carpentry experience (essential)
Additional multi-trade skills such as plastering, flooring or decorating desirable
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade (or equivalent experience)
Social housing maintenance experience preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
